Founded by husband and wife team Paul and Margaret Mortimer in 1979, Chapelle Jewellery began as a family business. In April 2015 the family business was sold to HUK49 Limited, a part of Hilco UK, operating beside such retail businesses as HMV and Denby Pottery.
